Für die städtische Unify HiPath 4000 Systemumgebung des Herstellers Unify GmbH endet der Service am 31.12.2024 und der Herstellersupport am 28.02.2025. Der Vertrag setzt sich aus den Teilen Service und Unify Softwaresupport (SSP) zusammen. Der Serviceteil beinhaltet die Leistungen Betreuung, Fernwartung und Entstörung für alle von der Firma Unify oder von dritten Anbietern installierten Unify HiPath Komponenten direkt durch den Auftragnehmer. Der Softwaresupport beinhaltet Remote-Support und Upgrade-Berechtigungen für Software-Updates und künftige Releases direkt durch den Hersteller Unify. Ein neuer Vertrag soll für 24 (SSP) bzw. 28 (Service) Monate mit der Option, diesen Vertrag um ein weitere 12 Monate zu verlängern, abgeschlossen werden.
