Hanover (Scotland) are proposing a window/door replacement contract for a selection of their portfolio of homes across the North of Scotland. The proposed contract will be split over two lots and will include: window renewals, door renewals with associated repairs, other works such as facia/soffits and rainwater goods may also be included but will be specific to each site. The development may have existing features such as door entry systems, alarmed doors which are linked to our Telecare/Warden call and Fire Alarm systems. Prospective bidders should be aware that this contract will require the integration with existing Warden Call, Telecare and other Hanover systems. Lot 1: Window/ Door Replacements & Associated Works Hanover (Scotland) are proposing a window/door replacement contract for a selection of their portfolio of homes across the North of Scotland.
