A one off tender was issued for Damp Proof Works at Fochriw Primary School, this notice is to inform the market of the successful award notice.The scope of the project was fully described in the ITT but in summary the scope was:- New tanking, plaster boarding and skim finish to internal walls- New insulated plasterboard ceiling to WC’s- Redecoration and floor protections- Works must be completed during School Summer holidays 22nd July – 30th August 2024- All site visits must be pre-arranged via the school, you will not be allowed to visit the school unless this has been carried out.
