Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture, la livraison, l'installation et la mise en service d'équipements alimentaires pour les besoins des Centres de Formation d'Apprentis Régionaux (CFAR) de la CMAR PACA.Les prestations sont divisées en neuf (9) lots à attribution séparée.L'accord-cadre est passé selon la procédure formalisée. Il s'agit d'un appel d'offres ouvert, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 et R. 2124-1 et R. 2124-2, et R.2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique.Les prestations donnent lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire qui s'exécute par bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum en quantité pour la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. Les quantités maximums prévues sont indiquées dans le CCTP et le BPU de chacun des lots du présent accord-cadre.L'accord-cadre est passé pour une durée de huit (8) mois à compter de sa notification. Il n'est pas reconductible.Date prévisionnelle de notification : octobre 2023
