The Framework is proposed to build on the coaching framework already delivered which will support us to continue improving business operations and performance, while underpinning our commitment to establishing a coaching culture. We are also seeking to build our coaching capacity through working with partners to enhance our coaching offering. Lot 1: Supervision, continuing professional development (CPD) and team coaching training for internal coaches Supervision, continuing professional development (CPD) and team coaching training for internal coaches. The estimated value for Lot 1 over the life of the framework is 30,000 GBP. Lot 2: Partner to provide coaching services for coaching assignments for Care Inspectorate managers, teams and staff Partner to provide coaching services for coaching assignments for Care Inspectorate managers, teams and staff.. The estimated value for Lot 2 for the life of the framework is 50,000 GBP.
