Description

The scope of the Contract is the provision of Legal Services. There are 3 separate lots Lot 1 - Governance, Human Resources and Security Charging Lot 2 - Housing Services Lot 3 - Development and Assets There is no restriction on the number of lots Bidders can bid for. The procurement will be undertaken in accordance with Section 8 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 – Social and Other Specific Services (the Light Touch Regime). Lot 1: Lot 1 - Governance, Human Resources and Security Charging The scope of the contract is the provision of legal services in the following areas: • Governance & Corporate Structure Human Resources Security Charging A single provider will be appointed. The Contract duration is 5 years with no option to extend. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Housing Services The scope of the contract is the provision of legal services in the following areas: Housing Services A single provider will be appointed. The Contract duration is 5 years with no option to extend. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Development and Asssets The scope of the contract is the provision of legal services in the following areas: Development Assets Two providers will be appointed. The services will be allocated equally across the 2 appointed providers for the duration of the Contract, subject to continued satisfactory performance and continued demonstration of Value for Money. The Contract duration is 5 years with no option to extend.
