Description
to provide a robust and reliable Pest Control Service on Torbay Council’s land and any land held by any of its arm’s length companies, within the boundary of the Council’s area of jurisdiction. The appointed Contractor will be required by Torbay Council to address the problem of rats and where appropriate, mice on Council owned land and property assets. The Contract shall cover three areas: Routine baiting on Torbay Harbour Authority land in Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, with particular focus on the land around the Brixham Fish Market, and as and when required on Torbay Beaches; Torre Abbey estate and buildings where pest control is required on a routine basis; Torbay Council buildings and land (managed by the TDA) where pest control services will be provided as and when required; Keywords: pest control, pest control services
