SBHA intends to offer a 5-year contract with an initial term of 3 years followed by 2 x 12 months extensions at the sole discretion of Scottish Borders Housing Association, based on contract performance. The estimated contract value is GBP 15,000 per annum amounting to GBP75,000 for the full 5-year term, providing Death in Service benefit to members of staff on contracts of 12 months or longer 1 x their Annual Salary, including any commission/brokerage fees.
