The Council wishes to procure a Service Provider to supply Employers (who are paid a Direct Payment by Social Care to employ a Personal Assistant (PA) to meet their eligible care needs) with Employer Liability Insurance. Employer Liability Insurance provides Insurance cover to Employers and their PAs in the event of accidents, injuries, illness and covers Employers if they are taken to an industrial tribunal or to make someone redundant. It also provides the Employer with Public Keywords: Insurance, Financial, Payments
