Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to cover for the provision of annual, seasonal, ad hoc, and long term plant and equipment hire requirements and the purchase of plant and equipment (such as but not limited to Front Wheeled Loaders etc). Hire and purchase encompasses the following service areas “Construction”, “Building”, “Highways and Engineering”, "Traffic Management”, “Winter Maintenance", "Ground Maintenance" and “Other General Maintenance” with and without operators. Delivery of the plant and equipment will be at locations throughout the named participating Authorities, unless otherwise stated by them. This will be specified at the time of order. Further information about the plant type requirements is set out in the Pricing Schedule and Procurement Documents. Lot 1: Non-Operated Plant and equipment (without Operator) - Core Items Framework for the purchase and hire of small and heavy duty plant, road/traffic management equipment and services, construction and agricultural plant & equipment, small plant, tools, portable containers & toilets, storage and skips, portable and modular buildings and winter maintenance equipment specifically Non-Operated Plant and equipment (without Operator) - Core Items.
