Description

This VEAT refers to the extension of printer leases on a proportion of an existing fleet, to allow underutilised devices to be worked more effectively towards the end of their operating life. Lot 1: The University has an existing printer fleet of over 200 Multi Functional Printers, which has been heavily under-utilised both during Covid and since. We wish to change the leases on these devices to extend their working life, whilst returning approximately 50% to the manufacturer.
