HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide tailored 1:1 support and advice to an estimated 35 businesses operating in the food and drink sector in the Highland Council (only) area to increase the level of technology adoption and implementation within the food and drink sector. It will be funded by HIE and the Inverness and Highland City-Region Deal and is part of the Northern Innovation Hub (NIH) programme. Lot 1: It is expected that these services will be required from October 2024 for a period of 15 months until December 2025, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. The 15 month budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP85,000 and GBP110,000 (excluding VAT). This figure is inclusive of Travel and Subsistence (T&S). Any bid which exceeds the maximum stated budget will be regarded as unacceptable to HIE, marked as non-compliant and excluded from the process.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8, 9 and 10 of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
