The university is seeking a service provider to manage concession laundry facilities located within our accommodation. There are currently 12 facilities in operation. They will provide a modern, cashless system for over 2,400 student residents. The project includes refurbishment and installation of equipment within the period of 1st to 31st August 2024. Key aspects of the project are: Cashless System: Implementation of cashless payment options for laundry services. Refurbishments: Upgrading laundry rooms with new decor, fittings, flooring, and seating. Year-Round Operation: Ensuring continuous service with the ability to switch to free vend when needed. Flexibility: Adapting to changes in the university estate without extra costs. Pricing: Maintaining current pricing with a possible annual increase, subject to approval. Performance will be monitored through specific KPIs, including response times, maintenance schedules, and customer feedback. Site Tours - To support your submission, we are offering a site tour to all interested bidders. The dates available for this are either the 17th or 19th of June. Please respond via CTM messaging function with 2 options of your preferred time to meet on either of these dates by 5pm 12th June 2024.
