Lot 1: Outsourcing von IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Betrieb Die F & W Fördern und Wohnen AöR ist als soziales Dienstleistungsunternehmen für den Betrieb zahlreicher Wohn- und Betreuungseinrichtungen für hilfsbedürftige Menschen in der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg zuständig. Für die Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben benötigt f&w eine moderne IT-Infrastruktur und damit zusammenhängende IT-Services. Ein Großteil dieser Leistungen ist zurzeit an einen externen Dienstleister ausgelagert, insbesondere die Bereiche Desktop-Service, Managed Security, SAP-Betrieb, Serverbetrieb, File- und Print-Services, Active Directory, Storage, Messaging, Service Desk und WAN. Die Laufzeit des zugrundeliegenden Servicevertrages endet im September 2017. Im Zuge der Neuausschreibung sollen insgesamt 13 Gewerke an einen externen Dienstleister ausgelagert und im Rahmen eines Outsourcing erbracht werden.
