Kingston University is seeking to create a Framework to provide all of the management services necessary to develop, tender and construct projects. The Framework will be divided into lots broken down into individual disciplines, Kingston University intends to appoint a maximum of 4 contractors to each lot.The lots are listed below -Lot 1: Architectural Design (Architect, Principal Designer and Lead Consultancy Services)LOT 2: Building Services Engineers LOT 3: Project Management ServicesLOT 4: Cost ConsultantsLOT 5: Structural and Civil Engineer Services LOT 6: Building SurveyorsLOT 7: Design Team Services (Architect, Building Services Engineer, Structural and Civil Engineer, Principal Designer and Lead Consultant)LOT 8: Project Management Team (Project Manager and Cost Consultant) Lot 1: Lot 1: Architectural Design (Architect, Principal Designer & Lead Consultancy Services) The University is intending to appoint a maximum of four Architects to a new consultancy framework for managing potential projects from the Estate Programme. This is a programme of projects across the University’s five campuses that will include a range of requirements from formal teaching spaces, learning spaces, staff offices, breakout/informal study areas, workshops, laboratories, student social spaces, support spaces, performance spaces, and external areas. Projects are expected have construction values ranging from £50,000 up to £10,000,000 but in exceptional circumstances the value of an individual project may exceed this figure. Lot 2: Lot 2: Building Services Engineers The University is intending to appoint a maximum of four Building Services Engineers to a new consultancy framework for managing potential projects from the Estate Programme. This is a programme of projects across the University’s five campuses that will include a range of requirements from formal teaching spaces, learning spaces, staff offices, breakout/informal study areas, workshops, laboratories, student social spaces, support spaces, performance spaces, and external areas. Projects are expected have construction values ranging from £50,000 up to £10,000,000 but in exceptional circumstances the value of an individual project may exceed this figure. Lot 3: Lot 3: Project Management Services The University is intending to appoint a maximum of four Project Managers to a new consultancy framework for managing potential projects from the Estate Programme. Lot 4: Lot 4: Cost Consultant Services The University is intending to appoint a maximum of four Cost Consultants to a new consultancy framework for managing potential projects from the Estate Programme.
