Dansk Retursystem udbyder herved anskaffelsen af et Field Service Management system. Dansk Retursystem servicerer ca. 3.500 butikker med tilsammen ca. 4.000 flaskeautomatanlæg, som indgår i pant- og retursystemet. Dansk Retursystem modtager ca. 3.000 telefonopkald pr. måned vedr. fejl og tekniske udfordringer på anlæggene, hvoraf ca. 1.000 af telefonopkaldene resulterer i en servicelogsag. Dansk Retursystem leder efter et innovativt Field Service Management system til registrering og logning af serviceopkald og servicelogsager, samt til registrering af stamdata om anlæggene og reservedelslager til disse. Dansk Retursystems mål er at etablere et system, der ikke kun optimerer supportprocesser. Dette udbud er endnu et skridt mod at implementere et brugervenligt system, der understøtter Dansk Retursystems kundeorienterede tilgang.
