Published

Value

300,000 EUR

Description

The Service Provider, in consultation with Courts Service staff, will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance and support of building facilities in Cork Courthouse, Washington Street, Cork. This will involve the coordination and management of a range of contractors and suppliers who are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, servicing and repair of the systems listed above. The Service Provider will be required to maintain the building to a high standard of efficiency while at the same time having due regard to the operating environment and in particular the need to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted continuation of court business. Given the nature and extent of the building’s technical facilities, it is considered essential that the Service Provider make available suitably qualified and experienced service personnel to perform the services on-site during normal office hours on a year-round basis. Having regard to previous experience, it is estimated that a single resource (with appropriate back-up cover for holiday and sickness absences) will be sufficient to meet day-to-day service requirements. There is also a requirement for an out of hours service.
