Through the Councils Void and Decant Property Repairs and Refurbishment / Planned Maintenance Framework, reference Proc 23-37 / HBS 1179, the Council has carried out a mini-competition exercise for the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms to meet Welsh Housing Quality Standards.A primary and reserve Contractor have been appointed to carry out the Contracted Work.
