Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH) are seeking a strategic partner to continue the management of the continuation of a long-term innovative solution for Renal Services within Norfolk, including Haemodialysis and Home Haemodialysis. The NNUH are seeking a partner who can apply their expertise to oversee services at the Norfolk and Norwich Kidney Treatment Centre (NNKC) situated at Bowthorpe Norwich (NR5 9JA), the Renal Dialysis Centre situated at Mill Road, Cromer and District Hospital (NR27 0BQ) and Acute Renal Dialysis located on Langley Ward at the NNUH (NR4 7UY). This agreement will be the Management of Services at these locations, including but not limited to the provision of equipment, consumables, and general premises including soft and hard facilities management. Lot 1: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market of the forthcoming tender. The Trust's objectives are to secure the provision of a high quality, comprehensive and integrated care and treatment for chronic and acute patients who require maintenance dialysis treatment for haemodialysis The NNUH are seeking a partner who can offer the following: • The provision and maintenance of building, equipment, and consumables within the NNKC at located at Bowthorpe whereby a minimum of 32 stations plus four side rooms should always be accommodated in addition to the opportunity to cater for subsequent additional expansion. There may also be a possibility of expansion into another, smaller satellite unit elsewhere in Norfolk within the contract's duration. • The provision and maintenance of equipment and consumables within the Cromer Dialysis Treatment Unit which should always be operational with a minimum of eight stations plus one side room, in addition to scope for additional scope for capacity being built in for seasonal holiday dialysis and potential future expansion. • The maintenance of up to 13 stations and technician areas at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital main site (Langley Ward) to support a seven-day service. • Alternative cost-effective solutions to the current locations may be evaluated following appraisal but should be considered lower priority.
