Description

Northern Ireland Water Limited (NI Water) is looking to procure a strategic Integrated Partnerships Framework to support the delivery of the remainder of the proposed water and sewerage capital investments set out in its PC15 Business Plan ending 31.3.2021 and the following PC21 Business Plan (April '21 — March '27 and currently under development). It is proposed that the framework will consist of 3 lots (as set out further below) and be based on the NEC4 Framework Contract (as amended). The estimated value range, net of VAT, of all time charge and work orders envisaged under all lots of the Framework (including any extensions) at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority for the maximum term of eight (8) years is in the range of 440 000 GBP — 1 680 000 GBP, subject to approval of PC21 and a “Living with Water” programme of works. Infrastructure works associated with water treatment and distribution, sewage collection and treatment assets to be carried out under individual time charge and work orders, each up to a maximum approximate estimated value of one million British Pounds (1 000 000 GBP). Non-infrastructure works associated with water treatment and distribution, sewage collection and treatment assets to be carried out under individual time charge and work orders, each up to a maximum estimated approximate value of one million British Pounds (1 000 000 GBP). Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure works associated with water treatment and distribution, sewage collection and treatment assets to be carried out under individual time charge and work orders, each up to a maximum estimated approximate value of 10 000 000 GBP.
