Description
The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) is seeking an experienced agency familiar with appropriate economic modelling and forecasting to develop a new forecasting approach for need and demand for debt advice. The expectation is that the model will follow a structure along the following broad lines: A) Macro-economic > B) Financial distress > C) Triggers for advice > D) Actual Demand for Debt Advice These four areas would cover/include: - Macro-economic context: inflation, unemployment, GDP, consumer confidence, interest rates etc. - Financial distress: credit volume, credit cost & credit quality / arrears, akin to "Need for Debt Advice". - External Indicators and triggers of advice seeking: Google searches for "debt advice", CCJs, etc. - Demand for Debt Advice. Additional information: To access this Opportunity, please visit the MaPS eProcurement Portal and register as a Supplier, if you are not already registered. You will then be able to see the Opportunity notice, which will allow you to register your interest and view the associated documents.
