Ausgeschrieben wird die Beschaffung, Implementierung, Migration, Erstschulung und anschließende Wartung einer modularen CAFM Software. Die Software löst dabei mindestens eine (conjectFM) mglw. zwei (Infoma) CAFM Bestandssoftwares ab. Die zukünftige CAFM Datenbank soll im städtischen Rechenzentrum in einer Microsoft Umgebung (Server Betriebssystem: Windows Server 2016/ Datenbank: MS SQL Server 2016) laufen. Die folgenden Prozesse sollen abgebildet werden: Flächen- und Raummanagement inkl. grafischer Anbindung CAD, - internes und externes Mietmanagement (intern: mittels All-In-Miete/ ohne Betriebskosten, extern: mittels Miete und Betriebskosten), - Reinigungsmanagement (Unterhalts-/ Glasflächenreinigung, Revierplanung), - Betriebs-/ Anlagenkataster, - Prüf-, Wartungs-, Störungsmanagement (Instandhaltung), - Auftragsmanagement, - Reporting - verschiedene Schnittstellen Lot 1: s.o.
