Lot 1: Gegenstand der Beschaffung war der Abschluss eines vierjährigen Rahmenvertrages zur Beschaffung eines CAFM-Systems als Software as a Service (Cloud) inkl. aller notwendigen Dienstleistungen zur Umsetzung, Betrieb nach Abnahme und der Migration der Altdaten. Mit folgenden Leistungsschwerpunkten: - Bereitstellung eines CAFM-Systems als Software as a Service (SaaS/Cloud) - Konzeptionsphase / Pflichtenhefterstellung - Lieferung, Konfiguration, Installation, Customizing - Unterstützung bei der Einführung der Software in der DW - Migration der Daten und Beratung bei Systemeinrichtung (Erbringung von Consultingleistungen) - Schulung - Erstellung von Dokumentationen - Betriebsübergabe - Customizing und Weiterentwicklung nach Abnahme
