We would like to engage with providers who have expertise in delivering this type of service to explore the marketplace. One to one conversations, using a standard list of questions, will be scheduled in the last couple of weeks of January. Scheduled conversations to take place via Teams. The deadline is 10th Jan as the deadline for bidders to contact, so we have time to arrange meetings for the week commencing 20th Jan. caroline.lucasmouat@gloucester.gov.uk Gloucestershire’s Maintaining Safety in the Home Service is commissioned to provide a range of measures for maintaining victim safety at home by way of additional security measures, known as Target Hardening, and the provision of Sanctuary Scheme measures. The provider shall deliver enhanced security measures and support, enabling victims of domestic abuse/stalking to remain safely in their own home, protecting victims and their children from further harm and preventing homelessness. The provider is expected to work flexibly and collaboratively across the county of Gloucestershire, working in partnership with other agencies to achieve a multi-agency approach to domestic abuse and stalking. The provider will be responsible for conducting a full assessment of properties and providing pertinent safety advice to victims about the measures being installed. Estimated contract start date is 1st August 2025 Estimated contract end date is 31st July 2028 with option to add in three extension periods of 12 months.
