Description

The aim of the procurement is to collect the contracting authority's outstanding debts after a debt collection notice has been issued. The debt collection must be carried out in a professional and good way, and in accordance with the laws and rules and good debt collection practice. It is a prerequisite that the debt collection is carried out quickly and efficiently, and with as little costs as possible for the debtor and the contracting authority. Lot 1: Horten Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for debt collection services. A contract will be signed with a tenderer that will receive the outstanding demands and take on the collection of the outstanding debt on behalf of the contracting authority. In 2021 Horten Municipality sent approx. 1200 cases to debt collection, with the capital sum of NOK 37 million. See the requirements specification in annex 2 for the distribution between the different types of demands. The stated estimates are not guaranteed. The scope may change during the contract period.
