Published

Value

275,000 GBP

Description

Aberystwyth University has received funding to invest in a pilot scale centrifugation system to the value of 275,000GBP, (INCLUDING VAT). This price is to include some spares, delivery (DDP), installation, and training costs and two preventative maintenance visits in three years. The system will form part of our existing pilot scale facility for biorefining. Work carried at the facility is varied, working on a range of feedstocks to produce a wide range of products. We would like to purchase a new centrifugal solution for a range of processes that include the recovery of protein extracts and/or fermentation products generated in our pilot scale biorefining facility or to remove particulate to provide clarified solutions for further processing through membrane systems.
