Description

This tendering procedure is an open procedure according to the rules laid down in the Danish Public Procurement Act. Danske Spil A/S and its subsidiaries Danske Lotteri Spil A/S and Danske Licens Spil A/S (hereinafter The contracting entity) is tendering for a framework agreement on certification services. The certification services cover testing, inspection and certification of The contracting entities gambling systems, business processes and business systems in accordance with the Danish Gambling Authority’s (Spillemyndigheden) certification programme. The Framework agreement will feature a duration of four (4) years. The certification services cover testing, inspection and certification of The contracting entity's gambling systems, business processes and business systems in accordance with the Danish Gambling Authority’s (Spillemyndigheden) certification programme. The types of games in scope are online casino, online betting, land-based betting and lotteries. The supplier must perform: — annual onsite certification; — quarterly certification of system changes; — quarterly certification of 3rd party vulnerability scanning; — annual certification of 3rd party penetration testing; and — perform ad-hoc certification of changes, new products etc. Further information regarding the certification programme can be found at the Danish Gambling Authority's website. It is expected that the supplier must perform the above mentioned certification services for The contracting entity and currently 4 international suppliers’ services provided to The contracting entity. The supplier must be accredited or in process of obtaining accreditation at the time of signature of the framework agreement.
