Den udbudte rammeaftale om it-kursussted for Danmarks Domstole omfatter hotel-, konference- og it-faciliteter til brug for afholdelse af it-kurser ved domstolene. I forbindelse med afholdelse af sådanne kurser er der behov for hotel- og konferencefaciliteter samt it-faciliteter, der muliggør anvendelse af domstolenes sagsbehandlingssystemer m.v. på kurserne, og som lever op til domstolenes it-mæssige sikkerhedskrav. Der er fastsat minimumskrav til Kursusstedets geografiske beliggenhed i Syddanmark eller hovedstadsområdet, jf. Rammeaftalen, bilag 1.
