Liverpool City Council (LCC) as the Authority intends to put in place a DNA, Drug and Alcohol Testing Framework to be utilised by Liverpool City Council and other Liverpool City Region Public Sector Bodies, including but not limited to; Halton, Knowsley, St Helens, Sefton and Wirral Local Authorities. The purpose of this Market Engagement Questionnaire is to provide advance notice that LCC is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a new commercial agreement. Once available the ITT documentation for this procurement may be freely accessed via the Proactis ProContract procurement portal Tenders with a value that exceeds the current Public Contract Regulations threshold are also be advertised via the Find a Tender Service on GOV.UK Keywords: DNA, testing, forensic, drug, alcohol
