Hull City Council (The Authority) is sought tenders from interested organisations to provide SENDIASS and SEN Disagreement Resolution and Mediation services. The tender was an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is to commence 1st April 2025 ending by 31st March 2028 with an option to extend for a period of two 12-month periods. Lot 1: SENDIASS LOT 1: To provide statutory services which provide information, advice and support to parents and carers of children and young people who have, or may have, special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities; and young people themselves. Lot 2: SEN Disagreement Resolution & Mediation LOT 2: For the provision of an independent third party mediation and dispute resolution service, which can be accessed in cases where disagreements have arisen over the support given to children / young people with special education needs
