The Council is tendering a contract for a Supported Employment Service For Young People And Adults The full scope as outlined in the specification. The service will be aimed at young people aged 16-25 Years with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or those Not in Education, Training or Employment (NEET) with an EHC Plan , and for adults aged 18 + that previously had an EHCP, have a special educational need or disability (SEND) or are known to Adult Social Care (ASC) as being not in education, employment or training (NEET) and would benefit from additional support in order to access and sustain employment, education or training
