Invitation to Quote (ITQ) – Online Tourism Toolkit1. Sell to Wales (S2W) TenderThe North Wales Wildlife Trust wishes to appoint an independent, professional contractor to produce and help promote an Online Tourism Toolkit to help support the tourism sector in Wales as part of the Dyfi Catchment Natural Restoration Project.This project has received funding through the Welsh Government RuralCommunities - Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 – ENRaW Scheme, funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government.You are invited to submit your proposal and detailed quotation to supply the requirements in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ).Your completed proposal and quote must be submitted via Sell 2 Wales by5:00 PM on Friday 21 April 2023. (The successful contractor will be informed by 5:00 PM on Tuesday 25 April 2023).This contract will continue throughout the project delivery from the start date, with the Tourism Toolkit available as an online resource by 12 June 2023 at the latest.Your proposal may be rejected if it is not received by the deadline.2. You will be required to:• Understand the project’s aims, objectives, and outcomes and develop a Tourism Toolkit (a key output of the Project) that can be used as an online toolkit of resources and information for the tourism sector and the public.• Map existing interested parties who may offer useful information to assist in the development of the resource• Co-design the toolkit in collaboration with project staff, Cors Dyfi Visitor Centre and other relevant stakeholders, including Visit Wales.• Produce an innovative toolkit that enables businesses, organisations and the public to exploit the tourism potential of beavers in Wales, such as a suite of free-to-use photographs and other downloadable information that can be used by business, organisations and others to promote beavers in Wales as a tourist attraction.• Provide a range of ideas that are inclusive for long, medium- and short-term use.• Ensure the toolkit is available as an open resource through the North Wales Wildlife Trust’s website, with inspiring materials that can be easily downloaded.• Brief NWWT staff, partners, volunteers on the availability of the online Toolkit and the benefits of the package.• Assist NWWT with engaging businesses and people to ensure successful deployment of the toolkit.• Undertake a qualitative simple survey of a sample (min 20) of businesses fully or partially reliant on tourism and visitor incomes to gather opinions about beaver-related visitor income.• Develop a strategy for disseminating the toolkit and legacy beyond the end of the project.• Design and produce online materials that follow the Wildlife Trust’s Brand Style Guide.• Ensure outputs are bi-lingual (Welsh and English) and comply with the Trust’s Welsh Language Standards.• North Wales Wildlife Trust will hold copyright of all the materials.3. What you need to provideYour proposalThe purpose of this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) is to provide potential suppliers with sufficient information to compile a comprehensive quote that meets our requirements for the delivery of the goods, services or works described above.Unless explicitly required to do so, bidders are not required to submit any other information.If you have any queries about this ITQ, you should send your query to the email address below.
