Please note: Whilst in accordance with the anticipated value of this Contract/ Project/ Procurement being an classed as an 'Below Threshold' Procurement under PCR2015 Regs, the University has seen fit to approach the wider market due to the expertise required in this project. <br /><br />City St George’s, University of London (the ‘University’) wishes to invite competitive tenders for the provision of design, removal, supply and installation of the subframe and cladding to the common rooms and plantrooms located on the roofs of Horton Hall Residential Blocks A to I. The project is proposed to run between August 2025 and December 2025 as detailed in the enclosed tender pack.
