Description

Bergen Municipality would like to establish a dynamic purchase system for procurements of TV and media content for Bergen Municipality. It will primarily be nursing homes and institutions that will use the scheme, but it can also be used by other units and departments within Bergen Municipality, for example, the school sector. The volume/scope is very uncertain. Note that the tender documentation includes guidelines as to how a dynamic purchase system functions and what tenderers must do to participate. Each contest will be for a limited location. Information will be provided on available networks and other infrastructure. Tenderers will also be able to inspect the locations before a tender is submitted.
