The Works are required to secure the site and prevent the unauthorised access of trespassers.Works include but are not exclusively limited to the following activities: Responsibility for coordination, supervision and administration of the Works with all parties including but not limited to, suppliers, local authority and statutory undertakers; Establishment and maintenance of the Supplier’s compound, offices, welfare facilities and storage area. Any compound used for storage of plant, equipment, materials, and substances will be lockable and fenced off behind security fencing with sufficient clearance space and gated access points. The location of the compound will be agreed with the Contract Administrator at or prior to the pre-start meeting and may be on or off site for the duration of the Works. Removal of the Supplier’s compound, offices, welfare facilities and storage area on Completion; Undertaking of all operations in accordance with the general health and safety policy of Homes England and all relevant health and safety legislation. Prior to commencement of any Works confirmation that all necessary consents have been obtained and given to the Contract Administrator; All fencing, warning signs, barriers to temporarily secure the Works; Ground preparations for fencing; Supply and install 2.4m Weld Mesh Fencing, powder coated RAL 6005 (Green); Supply and install 2.4m double leaf vehicle gate, complete with padlock slide bar and drop-bolts. Each leaf to be 2 meters wide (overall span 4 meters). Gates to open inwards. Ground sleeves for drop bolts for each gate leaf for when gate in both open and closed position. All gate metal work to be galvanised and powder coated RAL 6005 (green). Supply and install temporary Heras fencing 2m in height with associated rubber feet, stabilisers and anti-tamper fence couplers; Disassemble and store in location on site to be agreed with Contract Administrator existing Heras fencing (hired) currently securing site boundary; Removal of all materials from site; and Demobilisation.
