Versetzung der Seelotsen auf See sowie deren Beförderung mit Versetzbooten zu Liegeplätzen an der Jade für den Zeitraum von 01/2022 bis 12/2031. Der Standort des Lotsenversetzdienstes ist Wilhelmshaven. Die Leistungserfüllung bezieht sich geographisch auf die Bereiche - Innere Jade (NWO, Niedersachsenbrücke, JadeWeserPort, WRG und INEOS) und - vor der Seeschleuse, auf die sog. Schlechtwetterposition im Bereich Minsener Oog, auf die Jademündung (Bereich der Lotsenversetzposition gemäß der jeweils gültigen LV Weser / Jade, d.h. im Trichter der Jade-Weser-Ansteuerung - in Einzelfällen Jade Approach sowie in Ausnahmefällen im Bereich von Helgoland. Lot 1: siehe unter II.1.4) Mit Vertragsbeginn (2022) werden ca. 1.000 Lotsungen pro Jahr mit insgesamt in etwa 1.915 Stunden pro Jahr erwartet.
