Rammeaftalens omfatter levering af et nyt lysstyringssystem, inclusive software, tilhørende lysstyringsenheder og øvrig hardware. Rammeaftalen har til formål at erstatte et eksisterende og tilsvarende system, samt sikre Banedanmark en løsning, der på en teknologisk platform vil være fremtidssikret stabil og driftssikker, både i forhold til den styringsmæssige systemløsning, og de tilhørende lysstyringsenheder og øvrigt hardware. Endvidere omfatter Rammeaftalen levering af brugerlicenser til brug af softwareløsningen samt løbende support af løsning og brugere. Der henvises i øvrigt til bilag 2. Rammeaftalens anslåede værdi er: 2.500.000 DKK Rammeaftalens maksimale værdi er: 3.100.000 DKK
