Description

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Civil Engineering Works and Services and are seeking to appoint Providers who provide one or more of the following services: survey, design, supply, project management, installation and/or maintenance of the following categories Road & Highway Infrastructure, Rail Transport infrastructure, Flood and Storm management, Renewable energies, Solar, Air Transport Infrastructure, Water and Utilities, Coastal & River Protection, Geotechnical and land maintenance (Inc Surveying & Ground investigation). The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies. Lot 1: Road & Highway Infrastructure This lot will be for Road & Highway Infrastructure. Additional information: The first deadline for submissions (01/10/2024 at 12:00 pm) is only applicable to the initial establishment/first round of the DPS. Following the initial establishment, the DPS will remain open for any Suppliers to submit a bid at any point until the closing date of the DPS. Lot 2: Rail Transport infrastructure This lot is for Rail Transport infrastructure. Additional information: The first deadline for submissions (01/10/2024 at 12:00 pm) is only applicable to the initial establishment/first round of the DPS. Following the initial establishment, the DPS will remain open for any Suppliers to submit a bid at any point until the closing date of the DPS. Lot 3: Stormwater, Flood, Coastal & River Protection management This lot is for Stormwater, Flood, Coastal & River Protection management. Additional information: The first deadline for submissions (01/10/2024 at 12:00 pm) is only applicable to the initial establishment/first round of the DPS. Following the initial establishment, the DPS will remain open for any Suppliers to submit a bid at any point until the closing date of the DPS. Lot 4: Renewable energies This lot is for Renewable energies. Additional information: The first deadline for submissions (01/10/2024 at 12:00 pm) is only applicable to the initial establishment/first round of the DPS. Following the initial establishment, the DPS will remain open for any Suppliers to submit a bid at any point until the closing date of the DPS. Lot 5: Solar This lot is for Solar. Additional information: The first deadline for submissions (01/10/2024 at 12:00 pm) is only applicable to the initial establishment/first round of the DPS. Following the initial establishment, the DPS will remain open for any Suppliers to submit a bid at any point until the closing date of the DPS. Lot 6: Air Transport Infrastructure This lot is for Air Transport Infrastructure. Additional information: The first deadline for submissions (01/10/2024 at 12:00 pm) is only applicable to the initial establishment/first round of the DPS. Following the initial establishment, the DPS will remain open for any Suppliers to submit a bid at any point until the closing date of the DPS. Lot 7: Water and Utilities This lot is for Water and Utilities. Lot 8: Geotechnical and land maintenance This lot is for Geotechnical and land maintenance. Additional information: The first deadline for submissions (01/10/2024 at 12:00 pm) is only applicable to the initial establishment/first round of the DPS. Following the initial establishment, the DPS will remain open for any Suppliers to submit a bid at any point until the closing date of the DPS.
