Swansea Council intends to design and project manage a regeneration scheme to bring dwellings in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard requirements.The purpose of the regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value to 33nr. Council owned properties at Gwernfadog, MorristonWith a lack of suitable Insulation, the properties have been identified as below the current requirements to meet the WHQS.To comply with the current WHQS, works will include the application of insulated render system, re-roofing, renewables and other works as detailed in this specification.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. You can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box.3.
