Flexible Framework Agreement for the provision of Home and Community based Short Breaks for Children and Young People with Disabilities

This Framework will deliver a range of Short Break activities Lot 1 - Group provision and outreach provision Lot 2 - School Holiday provision Lot 3 - Provision of personal care and support to children and young people, within the child's home Lot 4 - Provision of day opportunities for children aged 16+ Lot 5 - Provision of intensive short breaks Lot 6 - Provision of outreach services (where main provision is unable to meet demand, or family choice) Lot 1: Group provision and outreach provision The number of hours of delivery is not usually expected to exceed 800 hours per calendar month Lot 2: School Holiday provision This lot will have variable hours, depending on fluctuating demand. Selection of provider for call off will be based on service user/family choice. Lot 3: Provision of personal care and support to children and young people , within the child's home This lot will have variable hours, depending on fluctuating demand. Selection of provider for call off will be based on service user/family choice. Lot 4: Provision of day opportunities for children aged 16+ This lot will have variable hours, depending on fluctuating demand.
