Fyne Homes wishes to select a modular D&B contractor to progress the design and delivery of 8 new affordable homes and related infrastructure at Ballochgoy, Rothesay, Isle of Bute. This is an Open procurement; tenders are invited from all interested bidders. The procurement comprises: Exclusion and Selection (pass/fail) -SPD (Scotland) Award (scored and weighted) -Quality Assessment -Price submission -Interview The preferred contractor will be selected from those that pass the selection and exclusion criteria on the basis of best overall score in the award criteria.
