Description

The scope comprises a 5 MW electrical steam boiler including all necessary auxiliary equipment and the ability to perform ancillary services. The supply of the electrical boiler installation in the Kyndby power plant includes but not limit to delivery, installation works, construction works, authorities’ approvals and tests according to contractual documents. Lot 1: The scope comprises a 5 MW electrical steam boiler including all necessary auxiliary equipment and the ability to perform ancillary services. All pipe systems and other equipment within the boiler building as well as necessary plat-form/galleries and stairways are included in the scope of supply. The boiler shall be connected to the existing 30 bar steam pipeline for delivering process steam at 275 °C. Connection to the feed water tank from existing condensate pipeline. The supply must in its entirety comprise all components and services within the supply lim-its which are necessary for the plant to comply with the functional requirements stated. The supply must be designed, manufactured, supplied, assembled, installed, tested, commissioned and documented ready for commercial operation. The supply comprises but is not limited to the following components: • 1 electrical steam boiler • 1 electrical steam super heater • 1 feedwater tank • Boiler circulation system • Boiler feed water system • Boiler safety valve(s) • Connection systems to drains and steam lines • Connection to 10 kV switchgear for boiler • Connection to 400V for MCC for pumps and other equipment • Local PLC with interface to DCS system, including boiler protection system.
