Description

Platelet Storage Equipment is used to store platelet components under agitation at a controlled temperature of 20°C to 24°C within Authority premises. The equipment must provide gentle horizontal flat bed agitation and storage capacity for adult therapeutic doses of platelet components of typical volumes 30mls to 1300mls. It must be suitable for use with all platelet storage packs currently used by the Authority. Typical dimensions 330mm x 172mm and 280mm x 174mm. Please confirm you expression of interest by emailing Hannah.Evans@nhsbt.nhs.uk and include details of your proposed equipment. Supply of new equipment and maintenance. Maintenance and repair of existing platelet storage equipment.
