The works comprise replacement of lead parapet gutter to the stale roof. refurbishment and repairs to the pitched slated roof and repointing of Broomhill Road and Hammersmith Road. Works also to include internal rot repairs to the roof structure and refurbishment / replacement of internal and external rainwater goods pertaining to Broomhill Road and Hammersmith Road.
