Rammeaftalen omfatter i hovedtræk nedtagning og indsamling af ”Legacy-udstyr”, herunder hytter, signaler, master og mærker mv. langs sporene for at undgå unødvendige drifts- og vedligeholdsudgifter, samt timebaseret håndværkerbistand og udlejning af skinnekørende materiel. Entreprenøren skal levere personale, værktøjer og maskiner under Rammeaftalen. Udbuddet omfatter to geografisk opdelte delkontrakter: - Delkontrakt 1: Jylland og Fyn: Delkontrakt 1 omhandler nedtagning og indsamling af udgået legacy-udstyr, omfattende hytter, signaler, master og mærker mv. på Fyn og i Jylland (se strækningsoversigt i Bilag 2 Udrulningsplan) - Delkontrakt 2: Sjælland inklusive Hovedstadsområdet og S-banen: Delkontrakt 2 omhandler nedtagning og indsamling af udgået legacy-udstyr, omfattende hytter, signaler, master og mærker mv. på Sjælland inklusive Hovedstadsområdet og S-banen (se strækningsoversigt i Bilag 2 Udrulningsplan) Delkontrakterne er indbyrdes uafhængige, og der kan således afgives tilbud på en eller flere delkontrakter.
