Planungsleistungen der Objekt- und TGA-Planung "Sanierung sanitäre Rohrleitungen" für die KfW-Niederlassung Berlin

Von 2015 bis 2020 wurden umfangreiche Umbaumaßnahmen im Rahmen der Brandschutzsanierung (P06-01) und der Flächenoptimierung (P12-01) vorgenommen. Während dieser Umbauarbeiten wurden im Rahmen des Projektes P17-193 im 1.BA auch Teile der Sanitären Anlagen instandgesetzt. Die Sanierung der restlichen Sanitäranlagen wird in mehreren Bauabschnitten gebäudeweise seit 2020 durchgeführt. In dieser Maßnahme werden die letzten verbliebenen Bauabschnitte 3 bis 6 in einer fortlaufenden Maßnahme (P 17-193 Sanierung sanitäre Rohleitungen Niederlassung Berlin) durchgeführt. Gegenstand des Ausschreibungsverfahrens sind die zugehörigen Objekt- und TGA-Planungsleistungen, welche in zwei Lose unterteilt sind.
