FSCS is looking for a single service provider that can provide a strategic model for the delivery of its Facility Management (FM) requirements now, and in the future. FSCS intends to procure for Facilities Management services in respect of the FSCS occupied spaces. FSCS has a dedicated Facilities Management Team. It envisages that this team operate as an ‘Intelligent Client’ with a focus on Service Provider performance and delivery, measuring quality and response times to ensure they are within the agreed service levels to support FSCS requirements. Respondents are expected to be able to deal with the current services requirements as well as the future needs identified. Services included are as followed: — Access and intruder systems maintenance management; — Building fabric maintenance Management; — Office cleaning; — Catering equipment maintenance; — CCTV maintenance management; — Chilled portable water management; — internal planting and Christmas trees — supply and maintenance; — Emergency response service; — Fire detection and fire fighting systems maintenance; — Furniture storage and relocation management; — Waste streams recycling; — Handyman service; — Hospitality and catering services; — Locksmith services; — Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services; — Ofice move management; — New works/Projects — office fit outs and churn logistics; — Planned maintenance; — Portable appliance testing; — Porterage (Ad Hoc); — Space Management; — Stand by power maintenance; — Stationery supply; — Taxi booking service; — Vending management; — Courier Services management; — Milk delivery management; — Mailroom equipment supply and maintenance. FSCS is interested in hearing views from a range of different size organisations i.e. SME's and large organisations who offer Facilities Management services. We invite discussion around all aspects of service delivery e.g. flexibility, scalability, innovation, payment mechanisms, information systems and exchange etc. FSCS is keen to engage with Suppliers who can demonstrate a strong track record within the UK Public Sector, preferably with similar organisations of FSCS' size, and position.
