The Open University is informing the market of the intention to tender for the provision of a range of project, programme and change management consultancy services. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is intended to gauge the interest of potential suppliers and request information from the market prior to commencing a procurement process. Lot 1: Project and Programme Management Services/PRO/PIN/2022 The Open University (OU) will require the provision of a range of project and programme management services and intends to contract more than one provider, to secure an appropriate level of expertise in the market. The OU is looking to establish a multi provider flexible framework that enables the OU to buy in specialist expertise and capability around project, programme and change management on a call-off basis at pre-agreed rates. It is envisaged a Framework of contracted providers will be appointed to provide a range of services in two lots:- LOT 1 – PROJECT & PROGRAMME MANAGEMENTProject and programme initiation and set-upProject and programme delivery Project and programme rescue and recoveryVisioning and structuringGovernanceBusiness Case development Options AppraisalPlanning PMO set-up and operationProject and programme controls – including risks, issues, dependencies management, quality and change controlCommunications and stakeholder managementBenefits managementProgress monitoring and reportingResource and budget managementHealth ChecksTransition planning and managementChange management – including impact mapping and change readinessBusiness transformationBehavioural changeOrganisation designCulture changeChange leadershipLOT 2 – CHANGE MANAGEMENTChange management – including impact mapping and change readinessBusiness transformationBehavioural changeOrganisation designCulture changeChange leadershipSuppliers are requested to respond to this PIN via The Open University’s e-tendering website, In-Tend https://in-tendhost.co.uk/openuniversitySuppliers should complete and return a Request for Information Response Document by 30th June 2022.This is a Prior Information Notice; this is not a call for competition.
