This is a Prior Information Notice for the Provision and Management of Residential Accommodation to be provided to the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust to include: 1. Management of Existing Accommodation at Castle Court, Castle Hill Hospital, Castle Road, Cottingham, Hull, HU16 5JQ. 2. Build and Manage New Furnished En-suite Residential Accommodation at Hull Royal Infirmary. 3. Provision of Off Site, Furnished En Suite Accommodation for Hull York Medical School (HYMS) Students and Trust Staff. 3.1 Accommodation Requirements for HYMS Students: 3.2 Accommodation Requirements for Trust Staff: The expected duration of the contract is 20 years and will be subject to agreed KPI's Full details can be found on the following portal: http://procontract.due-north.com
