The NWUPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider framework agreement on behalf of the members of NWUPC Ltd, APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, SUPC and CPC for electronic components and associated products. This framework agreement will commence on 1.12.2019 for an initial period of thirty six (36) months until 30.12.2022 with the option to extend the agreement for twelve (12) months until 30.12.2023 subject to satisfactory economic operator performance. The framework agreement will be split into 5 lots as follows: Lot 1: Electronic Components; Lot 2: Tools and Fixings; Lot 3: Test and Measurement Equipment; Lot 4: Batteries; Lot 5: Multi-purpose Lot. The NWUPC has a requirement to establish a framework agreement for electronic components and associated products. The NWUPC is establishing the framework agreement as a central purchasing body for itself and Its members (other contracting bodies (OCB)). NWUPC is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’) on behalf of members of NWUPC Ltd, APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, SUPC and CPC. Members referred to in the OJEU Notice may also participate in the framework agreement. Lot 1: electronic components including development boards and associated products includes, but is not limited to, the following scope; diodes, cables, capacitors, resistors, switches, transistors, voltage regulators, fuses, jack plugs, circuit boards and components, development boards, bulbs, silicone, grease, pastes. This list is not exhaustive. The NWUPC has a requirement to establish a framework agreement for electronic components and associated products. The NWUPC is establishing the framework agreement as a central purchasing body for itself and its members (other contracting bodies (OCB)). NWUPC is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’) on behalf of members of NWUPC Ltd, APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, SUPC and CPC. Members referred to in the OJEU Notice may also participate in the framework agreement. Lot 2: Tools and fixings includes, but is not limited to, the following scope; hand tools and electrical tools including but not limited to saws, jigsaws, drills, drill bits, soldering irons, pliers, screwdrivers, spanners, socket sets, bradawl, hammers and mallets, tape measures, circular saws, routing tools, ladders, files, chisel, clamps, vice, wrench, bolt cutters, allen keys, level, planes, tool boxes, knifes, work benches, sanders, hot air guns, glue guns, consumables for tools, blades, discs. Fixings including but not limited to glues, adhesives, screws and nails. This list is not exhaustive.
